About the Event
The NGRA State Convention will be held on Sunday, March 2nd at 10:00 AM PST.
During the convention, we will review submitted proposals for changes/updates to the NGRA bylaws. This is the only time during the year that the bylaws can be changed.
Standing Rule changes may also be submitted, however, standing rules can be discussed during new business, at any general membership meeting.
All active NGRA members are eligible to vote on any changes. Submitted proposals will be sent to the membership for review.
